Cartoon violence: Your character runs around like a fat, white ninja (well, at least fat and white), wearing a hospital robe and using Kung-fu on chickens and robots, making the chickens disappear into a puff of feathers and the robots into scrap metal. Like the description, it's very mild "Cartoon violence," and is perfectly suitable for kids.
Crude Humor: As I mentioned above, he does wear a hospital gown, so some angles (and the intro scene) do show an undetailed, and cartoony view of his bare behind. But, (no pun intended) this game is a side scroller and the camera is set pretty far away from the character. And anyway, you can get rid of his mild "nakedness" by going into the pause menu, then "Help and Options," "Game Options," and then you should see the option: "Clyde Underwear < None >." Highlight the option and press left or right on the controller until you see < Tight Whiteys > in what used to be < None >. There, problem solved.
Closing comment: This game is pretty fun and clever, but it can get moderately complex during the later levels, so I recommend this game for ages 10+. Though I could see younger kids playing it.
